吴旭明博士简介

吴旭明,讲师。2021年博士毕业于华中科技大学凝聚态物理专业获得凝聚态物理博士学位。主要从事于第一性原理,非平衡态格林函数和玻尔兹曼输运方程等理论方法研究低维体系的热电、磁性、铁电和能谷特性及其输运机理;探究新型二维磁性拓扑材料和新型二维狄拉克半金属磁性材料,设计具有自旋过滤、自旋整流、负微分、隧道磁阻和隧道电致电阻效应的多功能微纳电子器件。关注器件的声子散射和热自旋输运行为,设计调控具有热自旋塞贝克效应,热自旋过滤、热自旋流和高效自旋优值的热学器件。

目前研究课题和领域有:二维磁性材料及其自旋输运;磁性拓扑材料搜索;低维材料热输运特性;多铁材料设计。
